CTIA Voluntary Consumer Code

The Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA), in cooperation with the industry’s leading wireless carriers, have designed a Voluntary Code for Consumer Information ("Consumer Code"). This code helps consumers understand what they can expect from their wireless service provider.
